During cluster creation with newton proposed version, here the content of magnum-conductor.log

Error oslo.messaging.rpc.server URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 2] No such file or directory '/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/magnum/drivers/swarm_fedora_atomic_v1/templates/cluster.yaml'>

seems the cluster templates files are not present in default install package, to fix the problem, we import from git the magnum repository and copy the magnum/drivers directory in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/magnum/drivers/
