bay show operation is not returning version info

Having version info in 'bay-show' response helps in picking right version of the client.
For example, for a swarm cluster docker version manager ( https://github.com/getcarina/dvm ) could be used to install/select/manage correct docker client version based on version info returned in bay-show operation.

In addition to version, probably bay-show should also include COE type(swarm/k8s etc...)

Does this bug apply to swarm bay only? or it applies to all COEs. If it applies to all COEs, I would like the solution to be generic. For example, if the COE is k8s, it should return the version of k8s server.

this applies to all the COEs. Depending on the COE, relevant version info should be returned in bay/cluster show, so that correct client version can be used. Will update the bug description/title. Please feel free to update bug description if you would like to add something.

    Include version info in bay/cluster show operation

    Currently bay-show operation does not return bay/cluster
    version information. This change contain changes to return
    bay/cluster version and container version info.
