$ magnum bay-create --name k8sbay --baymodel k8sbaymodel --node-count 1
Create for bay k8sbay failed: Remote error: EndpointNotFound publicURL endpoint for container-infra service not found

    Make it backward-compatible with old service type, while printing a
    warning message.
