Bug Description
Currently the magnum config uses different regions for each service (nova, heat, etc). In reality, nothing will work correctly if you try to mix and match different regions, and magnum should be using the same region for all services.

We have sent the email about multiple region_name in neutron, nova ect to openstack community to confirm if it is one issue.
