Baymodel attribute ssh_authorized_key is not used anymore

The baymodel attribute "ssh_authorized_key" is for the old CoreOS template. We don't use this parameter anymore. For reference, these patches removed the usage of ssh_authorized_key

    Remove unused attribute "ssh_authorized_key"

    This attribute was used in CoreOS template before. The usage of this
    attribute has been removed [1][2]. This patch remove it from Magnum.
