MagnetoDB continues to see the table, that was droped in Cassandra

Bug Description

If we create table in Magneto and after that delete it directly in Cassandra (DROP TABLE), we will see TableAlreadyExistsException, when we try again to create table in Magneto with the same name (instead of normal creating, because there is no such table in db already and it should be created without any exception).

It is normal behaviors, as far as direct table deletion in C* is not allowed.
BTW: MBD table metadata information is also stored in service C* table
