ctrl-q or ctrl-q accelerator key does not work

Bug Description
I like to be able to close applications by pressing ctrl-q.
When I create a new quickly app by doing:
quickly create ubuntu-application vodkamonkey
And then run the application:
./bin/vodkamonkey
I can quit by pressing ctrl-q.
This does not work in magicicada, i think it is something to do with the accelerator keys for the menu items being listed in the .ui files that were deleted in revno 5. Currently 'quickly design' will not correctly load glade for magicicada, so it probably needs to be manually repaired to restore glade to working condition - I had a peek but don't know enough about glade to make it work when I restored the extra files under data/ui from revno 5.
