Bug Description

To reproduce it:

1. Install a SqueakVM from any distro's repo or manually build it with all available plugins.
2. Load any working version of MagicWords.
3. Run it with:
    WpInstaller downloadDataFolders.
    WpInstaller setPreferencesForDevelopment.
    WpCentral instance startUp.
4. Add a sound background.

Expected: Sound playing.

Fact: Error: primFileValidMPEG: failed
