Bug Description
The current connector maps weight to field weight, but this field does not exist. A penalty of this is when export occurs to external system it will change the value from whatever it is to 0. IMO the weight mapping should go to weight_net on product_template.
Additionally, more of just an annoyance. I see that short description is matched to field sale description. You would not know this unless you checked the external mappinglines. IMO, it should still be mapped this way, but the string should be changed to Short Description, or mapped to a different field, so it clearly displays what the value is mapped to. Otherwise, you dont know.

Can you be a bit more precise, please, I'm having trouble understanding your issue. It would help me if you could tell which model you are talking about and on which side of the mapping the issue exists.
