The url key are exported for each storeview and when you don't specify any url key in openERP the url key in magento will be
created sometime in english, french, spanish...

Indeed openERP export a empty field for url-key.
So Magento have a empty field and created the url-key from the name of the product.
Or as the name of the product change according to the language the url-key, the url-key will be not in the default language.
