Export shipping with flatrare shipping method

When I want to export shipping I get :

Error

The carrier flatrate_flatrate doesn't have a magento_code valid !The value flatrate is not in the carrier list ['dhl', 'usps', 'dhlint', 'fedex', 'TIPSAShipping', 'custom', 'ups'] allowed by Magento

In Magento Carrier code I have flatrate_flatrate
The name of the shipping in ERP is flatrate
The Product for shipping are named [SHIP] Shipping costs, and is a service (Imported when I do the initial sincronization)

I have changed configurations for the name, carrier code to find where is the problem, but I didn't found it

Any suggestions?

you may need to create a carrier in OpenERP like "flatrate2" with code 'custom', and edit delivery order, change carrier to "flatrate2", you should export shipping without this error.

I am not sure if you change "flatrate_flatrate" code to 'custom' will work or NOT. This shipping method is imported from your magento. In my case, I have the "registermail_registermail" which could not export (with the same error), but in my workflow, I need to changed carrier to "Swiss Post" or "USPS" (with code 'custom' and corresponding url) when update shipping.

(I am here because I am looking for the reason that openerp could NOT export shipping constantly. Most of the shipping just did not export to magento and without any error. If you know the solution, please let me know.)
