Error when Product Category "Default Sorting method" or "Page Layout" is missing

Bug Description
When a Product Category in OpenERP is set to be transferred to Magento, but that the "Default Sorting method" is missing, the following error occurs:
MappingError: u"the mapping line : default_sort_by for the object product.category have an error : 'bool' object is unsubscriptable"
When a Product Category in OpenERP is set to be transferred to Magento, but that the "Page Layout" is missing, the following error occurs:
MappingError: u"the mapping line : page_layout for the object product.category have an error : 'bool' object is unsubscriptable"
The workaround is to set the "Default Sorting method" to "Use Config Settings" and to set the "Page Layout" to "No layout updates" considering Bug #1071378.
The correction should be either automatic mapping of the missing (or empty) value to "Use Config Settings" and "No layout updates", or that these two fields be set as mandatory (obligatory).
