I mean, I can get the result before that, when I re-launch, I got that
error.

By result do you speak about relic density?
direct detection?, indirect detection.
I expect this error to appear only for indirect detection (in precise mode) so the two other computation should be fine.

Yes, relic density is fine but for the indirect detection no, I don't do
the direct detection.
Is this error because of pythia8?

Let maybe restart from scratch rather than me trying to guess what you mean.
Could you
1) explain what you want to achieve
2) explain how you try to achieve it (command that you uuse)
3) what is going wrong with the above command
4) attach the debug file generated.
The typical way to help someone is first to understand what he is doing, reproduce the error on my laptop and only then I can comment. Please help me to help you.

Explain what you want to achieve
1. I want to get the annihilation spectrum for e- e+ from Kaluza-Klein
particle decay. (Indirect detection)
2. I also want to get the annihilation cross-section (sigmaV) in the
astrophysical environment. (cluster environment)
Explain how you try to achieve it (Command that you use)
1. I import model MUED_UFO from feynrules database (Minimal UED under
universal extra dimension)
2. Then I define darkmatter a1, one of the KK particle in the model.
3. I generate relic_density / bsm, because I don't want the bsm particle as
final product.
4. Then I add indirect_detection e- e+, to specify the final product for my
indirect detection
5. Then output MyparticleName.
6. Before I launch, I edit the maddm.card, Halo average velocity to 1e-02
for cluster environment, and I set save_output to all
7. Then, I edit param.card, MH to 125, and MUEDinputs to 1/200
8. Then I launch MyparticleName.
What is going wrong with the above command
1. For the first time, all the above is working well, but after that when I
change MUEDinputs to 1/300 and even I set to default 1/500 I got the Zero
result error that I share at first.

Yes, now I can take a look at the issue (likely next week).
Are you sure that this is not a benchmark issue? (like that if you change that parameter the cross-section is indeed zero?) [Sorry I have no idea of what your parameter is doing in the model]
Cheers,
Olivier

The cross-section for the particle that I use is zero, but it based on the
model.

No, I still need your help, because as I try to run this morning, the zero
Error is still there, after two runs and the error is not consistent.
Today, I tried to use the default settings of the model, I cannot get the
output, but yesterday I can get the output.

Hi,
I have run many times (around 100 times) for the following scan on the r parameter:
#######
## INFORMATION FOR MUEDINPUTS
#######
BLOCK MUEDINPUTS #
1 scan:[1./x for x in [200,300,
2 2.000000e+01 # lr
I face one numerical issue on the lhe file which was creating issue on the following run leading to the same zero result that you mention. Now on more that 300 hundreds run I face that one.
However I do not have kept infor information to face it back and all the subsequent run done to reproduce it finish normally.
Additionally, I suspect that this might be related to a bug that was fix in version 2.8.0 of the code.
(and which is indeed seed dependant and would create that exact issue)
But since I fail to reproduce it, my only advice would be to move to the latest version of the code.
Cheers,
Olivier
