Bug Description

I understand that the game can only be played in landscape. There are still TWO ways to hold the table in landscape. However, the game only works in one of them.

To the best of my understanding the fix would be to replace

X-Ubuntu-Supported-Orientation=landscape

with

X-Ubuntu-Supported-Orientation=landscape,inverted-landscape

in the .desktop file.

This is a bug in unity8. X-Ubuntu-Supported-Orientation=landscape should be enough, and it still works in the TabletStage, but it's broken in the PhoneStage.

I'm a bit confused. What if an application wants to support specifically one of the landscape orientations. Is this a valid use case?

I guess we should support both in the end, landscape and invertedlandscape. It seems it would make a valid use case. However, given that this API is not really good enough in the long run anyways (we need something that the app can change at runtime as opposed to the static .desktop file entry) I would say lets just fix this so that it works again as it did but lets not spend effort to improve this now.
