Can public access (/student) be modularised?

Given that some installations of MacCMS will only be an organizational tool (high schools maybe?), and not for public access, it may be possible to modularise the entire /students directory, which might increase security. Might.

Also, if public access is build-in and perma-enabled, it seems like the installation is not being used to its fullest extent (which it isn´t), but it should be up to the cage manager to decide whether or not this feature is required.
