DHCP snippet toggle from Node/Network page doesn't work

Bug Description
I tried to disable a DHCP snippet for a node from the node's Networking page. While the DHCP snippet is shown to be enabled, editing the snippet shows it as disabled:

Altering the state of the toggle doesn't seem to have any impact.
