Bug Description

In MAAS 2.0, it was possible to delete custom images from the web UI by clicking an "X" icon next to the image name at http://localhost/MAAS/#/images. This feature appears to have been removed from MAAS 2.1. Doing a "maas admin boot-resource delete {id}" command does the job, but this requires first finding the {id} value with "maas admin boot-resources read" and is generally not as convenient. Please add this feature back (or fix the bug if it should not have been removed).

This change needs to be documented on the maas 2.1 docs or it needs to be added to make it consistent with the older version of MAAS UI.

The branch restores the functionality in the manner that is consistent with the overall 2.1 layout (the icon by the name has become a delete-icon [trash can] visible on mouse-over of the row, on the right side of the row.)

The 2.1 bug should have been demoted to high when we started the 2.2 development. I'll leave the branch up in case that decision gets reversed later.
