[2.0,2.1] Node acquisition constraints API documentation needs to be updated to match reality

Bug Description
In MAAS 2.0, the 'networks' node acquisition constraint was renamed to 'subnets'. The documentation still refers to it as 'networks'.
In addition, the connected_to and not_connected_to constraints were removed in MAAS 2.x.
We need to go through the list of supported constraints and ensure they are properly documented, and make sure any deprecated or removed constraints are documented as such.
