Bug Description
In raring, highbank has switched to using the "generic" kernel flavor. This will require some changes in MAAS - at least in maas-import-
[Impact]
In raring+ the arm kernel is armhf/generic instead of armhf/highbank. This means that maas needs to be able to also handle armhf/generic
[Test Case]
1. Install maas
2. maas-import-
3. Check that armhf/generic kernel is downloaded.
[Regression Potential]
Minimal. It only allows armhf/highbank kernel to be downloaded and allow the tools to handle it.

One note to keep in mind - though the "generic" kernel may support other subarchitectures in the future, there will still need to be multiple kinds of boot files (vmlinuz vs. uImage - and perhaps even multiple uImages?) that will require us to retain some subarchitecture -specific knowledge.
