Bug Description
Build Version/Date: MAAS Version 1.10.0 (+bzr4577)
Environment used for testing: Xenial as Commission OS
Summary:
When enlisting nodes with 1.10 and Xenial as a commissioning OS no IPMI information is set in the Node. It can be manually added afterwards.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Set Xenial as commissioning OS
2) Enlist Node
Expected result:
IPMI information is gathered from the node and applied to the enlistment record
Actual result:
No IPMI information is gathered

This is supposed to be fixed in latest 1.10. I've tested this and it enlist with power parameters.
