Bug Description
On latest/edge, when I got to the local documentation in my browser and click on "API Documentation" in the side bar, I receive a 404 error from nginx.
To reproduce:
1. Navigate to offline docs: http://
2. Find and click "API Documentation"
3. Observe 404 error
