Bug Description

This is with MAAS 3.5.0~rc1-16224-g.6722880ff.

If you upload a custom, non Ubuntu, image and deploy it to memory, the deployment will fail:

Thu, 14 Mar. 2024 15:17:59 Marking node failed - Missing boot image rhel/amd64/generic/9-custom.
Thu, 14 Mar. 2024 15:17:59 Node changed status - From 'Deploying' to 'Failed deployment'
Thu, 14 Mar. 2024 15:17:59 HTTP Request - /images/boot-kernel
Thu, 14 Mar. 2024 15:17:59 Marking node failed - Missing kernel image ubuntu/amd64/generic/focal.
