Untick `Erase disks before releasing` not works

Bug Description
Reproducing:
1. Release a deployed node with `erases disks before releasing`
2. Manually abort it or the machine itself failed for some reasons.
3. Attempt to release it without `erases disks before releasing`
Now the machine will be turn on and perform disk erasing again, although you didn't tick it.

Workarounds for escaping from the `failed disk erasing` state:
1. Mark it `broken`
2. Mark it `fixed`
3. Perform `commission`
