Bug Description
In MAAS 3.5 4cc8b693cf792df
In order to reproduce this
1) initialize MAAS
2) create a new VM in LXD
3) create a new machine in MAAS with power type LXD and the correct parameters of LXD
4) the machine is not powered on
Even if I mark the machine broken and I retry the commission, nothing happens
Nothing interesting in the logs and in temporal
