Bug Description

I have a Cisco UCS C-series appliance added to MAAS 3.3.4 and am trying to reboot the server using MAAS. This is giving an error of `2023-07-17T16:04:02.015656+00:00 e7ubnt0maas01 maas.node: [error] e4csco0ucs01: Marking node failed: Power cycle for the node failed: Failed to complete power action: Redfish request failed with response status code: 415.`. I looked into the source code and notice it has a `Content-Type` header of `application/json; charset=utf-8`. However, when I do the API call manually without the `charset` part and have the header value be `application/json` it works. This is UCS CIMC version 4.1(3d).

We should remove charset=utf-8 clause from the Content-Type header.
