Bug Description
When creating a LXD VM via MAAS, it will automatically commission, when doing that, MAAS creates DB entries linking the IPs used in commissioning to interfaces. The issue is that these links are not deleted when commissioning has finished and new links will be created during deployment. The new links are actually present on the VM, but the old links are not. The old links are still displayed in the UI/API and effect DNS record generation.

The fix for LP:2025468 makes DHCP expiry notifications work again, so the DISCOVERED address is going to be removed eventually (~10 minutes). We still should evaluate the idea of dropping these addresses when the machine is turned off after commissioning
