Bug Description

using maas 3, via snap

for the network interface configuration, setting the accept-ra: "no" (opposite of default), generates a yaml with

/etc/netplan/50-cloud-init.yaml:34:24: Error in network definition: invalid boolean value '0'
            accept-ra: 0
                       ^

replacing by "no" solve the issue

the main problem rely in the fact, that as there is no configured interfaces in the machine, it is impossible to login in even to fix that

Hi there, can you please provide what type of interface you are trying to configure and what setting(s) within MAAS are being used to set that particular field?
