Bug Description

If two different disks both report the same LUN id, they're detected as a multipath device.

From the attached file, two disks report "lun-0" but they're different physical disks:

>>> pprint.pprint([(d["serial"], d["device_path"]) for d in disks])
[('CVMD552400AX400AGN', 'pci-0000:05:00.0-nvme-1'),
 ('3001438037b0eb20', 'pci-0000:03:00.0-sas-0x3001438037b0eb20-lun-0'),
 ('3001438037b0eb21', 'pci-0000:03:00.0-sas-0x3001438037b0eb21-lun-0')]
