Bug Description

https://code.launchpad.net/~cgrabowski/maas/+git/maas/+merge/402371 adds an additional field to the API endpoint for DHCP Snippets, optionally allowing an IPRange Identifier to be provided when creating or updating a DHCP Snippet. This requires UI updates of an additional type in the dropdown menu and the additional input for the field itself.
