Bug Description

It is not possible to add power type for Proxmox for multiple VMs. When trying to add, the error reported in the UI is:

Error:duplicate key value violates unique constraint "maasserver_bmc_power_type_parameters_idx" DETAIL: Key (power_type, power_parameters)=(proxmox, {"power_pass": "SECRET", "power_user": "root@pam", "power_address": "192.168.1.50", "power_token_name": "", "power_verify_ssl": "n", "power_token_secret": ""}) already exists.

For the very first VM though it works. Might be related to bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1916093

MAAS version: 2.9.2 (9164-g.ac176b5c4)
Proxmox version: 6.3.6
