maas 2.9.2 proxmox machine violates unique constraint "maasserver_bmc_power_type_parameters_idx"

Hi all,
I've installed maas and tried to add some machine created on proxmox pve 6.3.3 .
The first one was created correctly but the next one raised a django error in the logs:

django.db.utils.IntegrityError: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "maasserver_bmc_power_type_parameters_idx"

I looked in the postgres database and I removed the index "maasserver_bmc_power_type_parameters_idx".

After that I can add multiple proxmox vm as machines and launch commission and deploy tasks.

Please let me know if the current behavior is by design (and I'm missing something) or is just a bug.
