Bug Description

While trying to commission an IBM Power system (OpenPower/Witherspoon) with NVMe disk storage from MAAS 2.7.1~beta1 (8260-g.c0c9e2acd-0ubuntu1~18.04.1),
the commissioning fails with:
"error: Failed to retrieve storage information: Failed to read "/sys/class/block/nvme0c33n1/dev": open /sys/class/block/nvme0c33n1/dev: no such file or directory"
