UI does not show overcommit configuration for LXD Pods

Bug Description
If you go to the configuration tab on a libvirt Pod you can configure the over commit ratio using a slider. These sliders are not available on LXD Pods when they should be.
One suggested improvement would be to allow a user to use the slider or enter a number in the text field to the right.
