Subnet pages take a long time to load

Bug Description
When viewing the Subnet tab and the page for a single space in a 2.7.0 deployment, I noticed that the pages took a very long time to load. The subnet page took around 30 seconds, and the space page more than 90 seconds.
I will need to debug more, but in both cases the space.list websocket call is the one that takes a long time to return. It gets requested early in the page, but then it takes 30-90 seconds for it to return a list of one space.
I don't yet have access to the logs, but will try to debug this further.

I've reproduced the slow spaces.list call when you have many ip addresses.
