maas should allow downloading of logs from inside the web UI

Bug Description
MAAS has a tab called "Logs" for each machine. and when things happen, logs appear there.
MAAS should provide a button that allows for local download of the logs.
For example, I have a machine failing deployments and the output from the installer has lots of useful details I'd like. All I want is a button that I can click in the web UI that downloads that log as a text file. And likewise, allows me to download the logs from commissioning output or other things.
Yes I can probably get this from the CLI or directly from the MAAS server but that wouldn't be the case for non-admin users, most likley, and I can imagine a lot of situations in a production environment where someone would have UI access as a normal user but not be allowed shell on the maas server, nor be allowed CLI access for some reason.
