[UI] Extra fabrics showing up in Subnets tab

Bug Description

On MAAS 2.7.0 (8169-g.30f255607-0ubuntu1) when going to the Subnets tab I see a lot of extra created fabrics that have grown over time. See attached screenshot.

Are we sure this is a UI issue? The subnet list is only showing fabrics that exist in the backend. Is there a particular action that causes a fabric to be added? I've tried adding and deleting fabrics, VLANs, spaces and subnets and none of those actions create extra fabrics.

I haven't seen this on master yet with my new builds but if it resurfaces I will re-open and get output from the db to double verify that it is indeed a UI issue.
