Bug Description
Currently the CI runs for bionic-master-git fails:
http://
The machines that fail all have a DVD-RAM device. In 2.6, that one
isn't added as a storage device, but in master, it's detected as a
removable drive, which makes the deploy fail.
There's most likely a difference on how we extracted the storage
devices from lshw, compared to how we extract them with the lxd
resources binary.

We need to filter out cdrom type storage devices. This part was missed in the transition from 2.6 to the new resource commissioning output.
