[UI] MAAS keeps collapsing machine listings

MAAS now hides machines.

This is a bit annoying as I am constantly having to click things to unhide the machines.

Additionally, after I unhide machines, maas REHIDES them as soon as I select one.

So the first issue: I want to turn this off. I don't want MAAS hiding machines. If I have them grouped by status, then I have to click up to 4 different unhide links.

Second issue, maas re-hides items when no grouping is used.

If I use Group by Status or Group by Owner, MAAS starts out by hiding machines from my listings, requiring me to click multiple "Show all machines" links to unhide them from each grouping section. However, at least once I have clicked on multiple unhide links, they stay unhidden, at least until I navigate away from the Machines page. Once I navigate away and then return, I once again have to click the multiple Unhide links.

If I use "No Grouping", I get a truncated list of machines and have to click, once more, then unhide link.
Then, when I click one (e.g. I want to select multiple machines to deploy a group of them), MAAS rehides the machines after every one I click to select.

So, this is what happens:
1: MAAS shows list of machines, most are hidden.
2: Click the unhide link
3: MAAS shows all machines.
4: Click the select box to mark a machine as selected.
5: MAAS re-hides all machines.
6: Click again the unhide link.
7: MAAS again shows all machines.
8: Click the select box to mark my second machine as selected.
9: MAAS re-hides all machines, again.
10: Keep repeating this cycle until I finally get all the machines I wanted.
