Bug Description

When a device has not been configured in MAAS, it is listed as "disconnected" This is confusing as "disconnected" usually means "not plugged in" which is different from the intent here of "unconfigured".

MAAS uses the term unconfigured elsewhere when displaying status of network devices, for consistency and to be less confusing, it should likewise use "unconfigured" in other places where the intent is actually "unconfigured" vs "not connected" in a physical sense.

See attached screenshot.

This is more a UX issue to help make things a bit more clear.

Seen on MAAS version 2.4.2 (7034-g2f5deb8b8-0ubuntu1)
