Bug Description

When MAAS enlists nodes it generates names for newly found nodes. Typically an operator would later rename hosts according to the organizations standards.

However for first setup of nodes it would be convenient if the generated names would give a hint for easier identification of nodes.

That hint could be embedding vendor and/or serial into the generated nodename. E.g. have "funny-mushroom-dell-XXRSFX2.maas" instead of "funny-mushroom.maas" -- with vendor/serial taken from e.g. lshw -class system output. If that information isn't available then could just fall back to the current behaviour.

A global setting for hostname generating using templates would work well for this. We would keep the default naming scheme but allow users to do things like

maas-host-{ID}
{RANDOM_NAME}-{VENDOR}-{SERIAL}
{RANDOM_NAME}-{PXE_MAC}
etc
