[2.5] Internal DNS is not shown in the UI

Bug Description

When trying to debug issues, it is really difficult to do so when we cannot see what IP addresses the internal domain has for the different parts of the process.

This domain should be made available over the API/UI *only* in *view* mode and *only* for administrators.
