Bug Description
After installing the 2.5 --edge snap and trying to commission a machine, I noticed that it failed to download the squashfs image due to a "Connection refused" error.
It seems that when image downloading was switched to use nginx, the snap was not correspondingly changed.

We tried to deploy the snap package 2.5 today ( Jan 9 2019 ) , and the bug is still here .
The snap package is not working .
