Forms should use vanilla validation classes

Vanilla framework provides classes for styling validation messages in forms.

The classes and their use are documented here:
https://docs.vanillaframework.io/en/base/forms#validation-classes

I don't think that we're taking advantage of these classes in all of the forms in MAAS.

I propose an audit and cleanup of form validation messages to make them one consistent style.
