Bug Description

Hello everyone !

As with the preseeds, it seems there are no supported or documented way on implementing MAAS HA using the snap containers.

Somewhat related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1730018, I believe there should be an extensive list of caveats (when using snaped MAAS) added to the documentation to avoid confusion. At this point MAAS in snapped containers is much less mature and seem to have less advanced features.

Anybody would have information/comment on this ?

Setting up HA with snaps is even easier, you need:

1. postgresql to run outside the snap
2. Configure the snap with the role you want it to act as (via maas init) [1]
