<ltrager>: mpontillo: why does the network discovery page poll?
<mpontillo> ltrager: you would have to trigger off of all the inputs to the discovery view. so yeah, you could replace polling with triggers for the neighbour, interface, node, vlan, fabric, mdns, rdns, and subnet tables -- you'd have to figure out how to correlate a change in any of those tables with a specific set of discoveries to update
