[2.3qa, UI] When the contextual menu is open and I scroll down the menu is still open and sits on top of the header

Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in the machine details in the storage section
When I have clicked on the actions menu of a row and I scroll down
Then I can see the menu on top of the header
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the machine details in the storage section
When I have clicked on the actions menu of a row and I scroll down
Then I can't see the menu anymore as it hides under the header
[Ubuntu 16.04]

This menu now works correctly after the Vanilla update
