Given I am in the machine details of a machine
When no tests that provide metrics have been run
Then I can see an empty card
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the machine details of a machine
When no tests that provide metrics have been run
Then I can see the available metrics listed in the card with the text Metric name: "No data"
And a tooltip next to the metric explaining what tests I need to run to get the metric data

The latest machine details design shows a link to test that particular parameter if no tests have been run yet. The test form is then displayed with a relevant set of scripts auto-selected.
