Nodes view scrolling quickly causes endless jumping

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I am in the nodes
When resize to mobile / tablet resolution, and I scroll quickly to bottom of screen.
Then an endless jumping of the ui happens.

Note - difficult to replicate. Karl replicated it, but once I recorded the video, I stopped being able to replicate it. Not sure exactly what triggers it but probably related to resizing.

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in the machine details
When I am scrolling down after resize
Then I see normal scrolling until I reach the bottom of the scrollable element, where it should stop scrolling.

Doesn't seem to be an issue now we've added grouping. I'll close this and we can reopen if it becomes an issue again.
