[2.3b3, UI] When I add an SSH key the row should be automatically expanded so that the user can see the key. Same for the FUJ whee we know from user testing that the users didn't see the key added to the list and thought that their action had failed.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I am in Account preferences
When I added an SSH key
Then the row where the key gets added is collapsed

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in Account preferences
When I added an SSH key
Then the row where the key gets added should be expanded by default so that the users can see the key
