[2.3b3, UI] The SSH keys table in Account is inconsistent with the pattern

Bug Description
There are a couple of design inconsistencies with the pattern. When the row is expanded there is a border and some white space below the expanded row. I have pointed them out in the screenshot.
Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in Account preferences
When I expand an SSH key row in the table
Then I see a border around the expanded area (where the key is) and some white space below that
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in Account preferences
When I expand an SSH key row in the table
Then I see the table as shown in the second screenshot
